Our story
Built in Harare, for Harare
Pirates Group opened its doors in 2011 with a simple idea: keep the city's bars and bottle stores reliably stocked, without the headaches. Over the years that grew into delivery routes reaching from the CBD out into the suburbs and neighbourhood centres.
As we got to know the people throwing Harare's best events, a second side of the business took off — a mobile bar that brings the same dependable service to weddings, festivals and functions. Today the two run side by side: wholesale by day, the bar by night.
Through it all, the approach hasn't changed — show up, do it properly, and treat every customer like a regular.

By collecting empties on the same routes we deliver on, we keep thousands of bottles in use year after year, cutting down on glass waste and the cost of new packaging. It's a small, practical bit of circular thinking baked into how we've always worked.
