Event bar FAQs
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can — especially for weekend dates in wedding season. Send us your date and we'll confirm availability straight away.
Is there a minimum guest count?
No hard minimum. We scale from intimate gatherings to large festivals, so just tell us your numbers and we'll tailor the bar to suit.
Do you supply the drinks, or do we?
Either works. We can provide all the stock, work with what you've already bought, or do a mix — whatever fits your budget and plans.
What do you need from our venue?
A flat space for the bar and access for setup. We bring chillers, ice, glassware and staff, and we'll talk through power and water if your spot needs it.
How does pricing work?
We quote per event based on guest count, your drinks selection and the hours. It's clear and itemised, so there are no surprises on the day.
